GROUP TRAINING
Group tennis training is a great way to discover your game and learn from each other, offering personalised insights in a fun, dynamic environment for all ages and skill levels. Whether training with family, friends, or a partner, you engage in enjoyable and effective drills. The attention is on strengthening key aspects of your game, ensuring the group stays balanced and coordinated to play together harmoniously.

SPARRING
Sparring is a direct way to practice your game, whether through a 1v1 match, solo sparring with your coach at a rhythmic or challenging intensity, or teaming up with a partner for 1v2 hitting with alternating roles.

PHYSICAL TRAINING
Tennis-specific physical training prepares and assists the whole body for high performance and injury prevention, with an attention on coordination and conditioning.
